Visa Free Travel to the United Kingdom(UK)
免簽證旅遊到英國（英國）

 
Increasingly it has come to our attention during the due diligence process that there are applicants who would have been refused a UK Visa.  As you are aware Grenada has visa free travel to the UK.  However, Section 8 (3) (f) of the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Act 2013 states that an applicant who - “has been denied a visa to a country with which Grenada has a visa-free travel and who has not subsequently obtained a visa to the country that issued the denial, shall not be approved for permanent residence or citizenship under this Act”.
在背景調查過程中我們注意到有越來越多申請人曾被拒絕簽發英國簽證。  如你所知，格林納達前往英國旅遊是免簽證的。  然而，“2013年格林納達公民投資公民法”第8（3）（f）條規定，申請人 - “曾被拒絕簽證到格林納達旅遊免簽證的國家，並最後未獲得所拒絕國家給簽發簽證的，根據本法將不獲得核准永久居留或公民身份“。
 
In order to reduce the possibility of the citizenship application being denied or delayed for cause, it is recommended that local agents and marketing agents enquire of potential applicants as to whether they have applied for and being refused a UK Visa.  If they have applied for the being refused a UK Visa before the citizenship application is submitted, the applicant should apply for a UK Visa.  Once obtained only then can the citizenship application be submitted.
為了減少公民申請被拒絕或延誤的可能性， 建議當地代理商和行銷代理人詢問潛在申請人是否曾被拒絕英國簽證申請。 如果申請人在提交公民申請之前申請英國簽證曾被拒絕，申請人應該再去申請英國簽證。 一旦獲得便可以提交公民申請。
 
It is advisable to follow this course of action so that if the applicant has been refused a UK Visa twice, then it will not be sensible to submit a citizenship application as under Section 8 (3) (f) of the CBI Act, citizenship will not be granted in these circumstance.
建議採取這一行動方針，如果申請人被拒絕了兩次英國簽證，那麼按照“CBI法”第8（3）（f）條提交公民身份申請是不明智的，在這種情況下不被授予公民身份。
 
If the applicant has never applied for a UK Visa or has applied for and obtained a UK Visa, prior to the Citizenship application being submitted, there is no need to apply for the obtain a UK Visa and the citizenship application can be submitted.
如果申請人從未申請英國簽證或曾申請並獲得英國簽證，則在提交公民申請之前，無需申請獲得英國簽證，並可提交公民申請。
 
Please be aware that in cases where a citizenship application has been submitted and it is revealed during due diligence checks that the applicant has been refused a UK Visa, the application will be delayed for cause in order that the applicant can avail themselves of the opportunity to apply for and obtain a UK Visa.
 
請注意，如果提交了公民身份申請並且在背景調查期間透露了申請人曾被拒絕了英國簽證的情況下，申請將因此被延遲，以便申請人可以利用機會作出申請並獲得英國簽證。
 
Finally, please note that although Grenada has visa free travel to the UK, entry into the UK is subject to the policies of UK Immigration that are in existence at any point in time.
