Introduction to Australia 189&190 Skilled Immigration

5) Bachelor degree or above (some vocational college degree or above); and

6) No crime record and pass medical examination

190 application conditions

1) Meet the 190 occupation list and pass the occupation assessment;

2) EOI score (including state guarantee 5 points) not less than 65 points, and get an invitation letter;

3) Must meet additional conditions of state guarantee;

4) Under the age of 45 (before obtaining the invitation letter);

5) At least 6 points in each item of IELTS or equivalent English proficiency (PTE, TOEFL, etc.);

6) Bachelor degree or above (some vocational college degree or above); and

7) No crime record and pass medical examination
