Mantanani Island

Mermaid Island (also known as Mantanani Island), located in the northwest waters of Kota Belud Town, the Mermaid Islands are divided into three islands, namely the Great Mermaid Island (Mantanani Besar Island), the Little Mermaid Island (Mantanani Kechil Island) and Lungisan Island.
Most tourists stay on Great Mermaid Island, where there are stretches of white sand, simple fishermen, coconut trees swaying in the wind, and the photos you take at random can be used as landscape postcards. There are about 20 diving spots on the island, which are suitable for both beginners and experienced divers. In the vast ocean world, tourists can see many unique underwater creatures.
There are now two resorts on the island, one is Mari Mari, the iconic cabin on stilts, and the other is Bembaran, which is an ordinary cabin. You can see a beautiful sunset from Mari Mari.
The fishermen on the island are warm and simple, very friendly, you can take photos with them. Go to the beach and go all the way to the right, there is a trestle bridge leading directly to the sea, which is a good place to watch the sunset. The fireflies in the evening entertainment are a major attraction. If you are lucky, you can also see a small blue creature on the beach, buried in the sand, and placed in the palm of your hand like a star. This is the famous "blue tears" on the island.
