Document requires from the applicant
1. Passport (if he/she has a Chinese working visa, must also provide it) ;
2. If he/she has an employment permit for foreigners in China, must also provide it ;
3. Proof of address (water, electricity, gas bills in the name of the applicant) ;
4. Personal bank statement (3 months or more) ;
5. Personal Resume
6. Certificate of education, special skills proof, professional certificates, awards, etc. (if necessary)
7. Personal application for account opening letter (may replace by company letter)
Document requires from the relevant Hong Kong company
1. Company license (documents signed by accountants for opening bank accounts) ;
2. Lease Contract ;
3. MPF certification-if any ;
4. Company insurance-if any ;
5. Office photos (10 or more) ;
6. Any cooperation/association contract or agreement of company type ;
* If necessary, proof of expenditure such as water and electricity management fees can also be provided ;
7. Introduction of company brochures, promotional materials, websites, finished products, etc.
8. Company application letter for opening an account (personal letter can be used alternately)
Document requires by other overseas companies (including China)
1. Company License ;
2. Lease Contract ;
3. Social security certificate (any proof of social security, employee security) ;
4. Office photos (10 or more) ;
5. Company bank account (3 months or more) ;
6. Any cooperation/association contract or agreement of company type ;
7. Past audit, tax payment receipt ;
8. Introduction of company brochures, promotional materials, websites, finished products, etc.
Application process and plan for Bank Account opening
Guidelines and procedures for opening a local bank account :
First Type:
The customer has no favour option of any bank and is solely counted on our company
- On the day of contract issuance, a 50% deposit is required to be paid;
- Reviewing files/ sorting out/ handing over to bank manager;
- Confirm that the account can be opened, make an appointment with the bank for signing forms and recheck all those original document;
- Pay the outstanding balance
Second Type:
Customer chooses the bank
The sequence of our business partner: DBS/ Standard Chartered/ Bank of China/ Hang Seng/ East Asia/ Tai Seng Bank;
- full payment of services charge will be paid on the day of contract issuance;
- Reviewing files/ sorting out/ handing over to bank manager;
- Confirm that the account can be opened; pay a guarantee deposit of 10,000 [once the account opening is completed, from the effective date of the insurance, the deposit will be refunded]
- Make an appointment with the bank for signing forms and recheck the original document
General guarantee account opening conditions: purchase insurance [life insurance with saving] / capital guaranteed financial plan / minimum monthly deposit requirements
* According to the current bank policy;
* If customers prefer not to come to Hong Kong for completion of account opening procedures[Yes], our company will charges from 15000-. Different banks will charge the customers for administration fees;
* Pre-approved account opening time is around 1-2 weeks;
* Bank charges ranging from ten to thirty thousands dollars
Materials required for general account opening:
- Hong Kong permanent resident: ID card / address proof / job introduction
- Non-permanent residents: ID card / passport / address proof / job introduction
* Our company will take up responsibility for preparation a full set ofapplication files-[Applicants can cooperate with due diligence]

* Applicants may request for opening different banks/multiple accounts at the same time.
