Application and Processing for Non-criminal Record in China

HK or foreign countries have relatively simple requirement or statement about issuance of non-criminal record, which is one of a necessary document for visa and immigration application.

However, due to different laws between Chinese Mainland and HK, according to the domestic public security bureau, only people who satisfies one of the following conditions can obtain non-criminal record from police station:

• Political examination for personnel employed by national authority

• Political examination for new members accepted by the Communist Party of China

• Notarized items about whether a company has criminal record or not processed by notary

• Citizens who must adopt profession on the condition of no criminal record as per the laws, rules and regulations

• Other circumstances that require non-criminal record confirmed by public security authority above provincially administered municipalit

Foreigners apply for Non-Criminal Record in China

In normal situation, aliens who have resided continuously in China for more than 1year and have legitimate reasons for application may apply for a certificate of non-criminal record during their residence in China by presenting their passport and registration form of temporary residence for more than 1 year .

# Some city provides different services, such as Shenzhen city which was allow over 6 months resided record ongoing apply the non-criminal record

No need to make an appointment, bring the following documents to the site for processing, processing generally takes 3 working days.

2. Registration Form of temporary accommodation (for the certificate of no criminal record for several years, the temporary certificate for several years is required)

3.Application form for Certificate of No Criminal Record (Collect and complete on site)
