Application Methods and Procedure of St. Kitts Immigration Program
St. Kitts and Nevis citizenship application has two options:
1.At the expiration of the Hurricane Relief Fund,there will be a new fund in its place. This will be the Sustainable Growth Fund Which will be offered as follows:
Single Applicant - US $ 250,000
2 Applicants - US $ 300,000
3-4 Applicants - US $ 350,000
Additional dependents,
regardless of Age: - US$50,000 (above 18years )
- US$75,000 (over 18years )
All Due Diligence fees remain unchanged
2. A new Real Estate offering of US $400,000 plus Government fees of:
Single Applicant - US $ 35,000
Spouse - US $ 15,000
Each Dependent - US $ 10,000 (above 18yrs) -US 15,000(over 18yrs)
This option is to be used for new luxury resort developments and can only be resold after seven(7) years under the CBI programme
Existing apporved developments have alose been given favourable consideration to qualify for inclusion in the new option, but prior approval must be obtained from the CIU and SKIPA offices
First, Donation immigration process
1, sign an entrustment agreement and pay the first phase of consultant fees, application for immigration plan starts;
2, prepare application documents, translation, notarization, complete the application form, arrange to attend physical examination and HIV test. All document immediately send to the Government of St. Kitts (Citizenship Investment Unit[CIU]);
3, CIU then conducts due diligence background checks (generally takes about 45-60 days);
4, pass the background checks and verify the document in the application file, St. Kitts government department (CIU) will issue approval documents. It confirmed that the application has been approved, within five working days, applicant wire transfers the donated money to the Government of St. Kitts designated donation account, at the same time, the second phase of the consultant fees is required to be paid;
5, when the CIU acknowledged receipt of donated funds, they'll issue a certificate of receipt;
6, about a month, your passport and the permanent citizenship certificate of St. Kitts will be issued by the St. Kitts Government; and

Second, Real Estate immigration process
1, sign an entrustment agreement and provisional real estate purchase agreement, pay the deposit and the first phase of consultant fees, application for immigration plan starts
2, prepare application documents, translation, notarization, complete the application form, arrange to attend physical examination and HIV test, then immediately send the document to the Government of St. Kitts (CIU);
3, CIU then conducts a due diligence background check (generally takes about 45-60 days);
4, sign a formal agreement to purchase real estate (issued by the developer);
5, pass the background checks and verify the document in the application file, St. Kitts Government (CIU) department will issue approval document, confirmed that the application has been approved, the purchase money is required to transfer to the designated account of the developer and pay the second phase of the consultant fees;
6, follow to the real estate purchase agreement stating the settlement date, time, and all the rules (including owner-occupy, lease to developers enjoy a rebate or rent property programs, etc.). The applicant may conduct property inspection and monitor the entire process;
7, when the St. Kitts (CIU) confirms the designated amount of investment has been transferred into an escrow account, they will issue confirmation documents;
8, about a month, the passport and the permanent citizenship certificate will be issued; and
