Thai Skilled Immigration

Work and business visa (Non-immigrant Category B) is applicable to non-immigrant visas for business, work or internship in Thailand. 

The single-entry visa is valid for 3 months and the application fee is 2,000 baht, and the multiple-entry visa is valid for 1 year and the fee is 5,000 baht. Eligible applicants can renew their visa for 1 year.

Thailand work visa application conditions:

· Obtain a job opportunity in Thailand and submit an employment contract. The contract must specify the applicant’s position, working period and salary

· Hold the approval letter from the Thai Ministry of Labor

· Submit the employer’s company registration documents and company details

· Submit a copy of work permit (if you had worked in Thailand before)

· Have sufficient funds when entering Thailand (individual: 20,000 baht, family: 40,000 baht)

Thailand Business Visa application conditions:

· Submit a letter sent in the name of the company. The letter should specify the applicant’s position, working period, salary and purpose of visiting Thailand. If the applicant is self-employed, an additional proof of financial capability is required.

· Submit company registration documents and company details

· Submit documents between the company and business partners

· Submit an invitation letter from a business partner to the applicant company

· Have sufficient funds when entering Thailand (individual: 20,000 baht, family: 40,000 baht)

Thailand Investment Immigration

Non-immigrant visa (Category IB) is applicable to investors in the "Board of Investment BOI" project. Applicants can choose to work in a company registered by BOI or invest in the company. The single-entry visa is valid for 3 months and the application fee is 2,000 baht, and the multiple-entry visa is valid for 1 year and the fee is 5,000 baht. Eligible applicants can renew their visa for 1 year.

Application conditions for Thailand investment immigration:

· Make an investment of at least 10 million baht

· Submit documents that the applicant is employed by the company

· Hold letters from BOI

Thailand Retirement Visa

Thailand Retirement Visa (Non-immigrant Category O-A) is applicable to senior citizens who intend to retire in Thailand. Applicants holding this visa cannot work in Thailand. The visa is valid for one year and allows multiple entry and exit at a cost of 5,000 baht. Eligible applicants can renew their visa for 1 year.

Investor (Category I: Investors)

Suitable for those who are interested in investing in the technology industry. The visa is valid for up to 4 years, depending on the period specified in the work contract, and can be renewed.

Application conditions:

Invest at least 20 million baht; if the investment is a start-up company, only 5 million baht

The business needs to be recognized by the government as a technical production or service, and belongs to the BOI target industry

This investment must be maintained during the stay
