Malta citizenship program

Application method (meet the following three methods at the same time)

 (1) Donation: 650,000 Euros

 (2) purchase or lease of real estate in Malta with a minimum annual rent of 350,000 Euros and a minimum annual rent of 16,000 Euros;

 (3) Purchase at least 150,000 Euros of Malta financial assets, such as stocks and bonds, for at least 5 years

Note: It needs to be maintained for at least 5 years from the date of purchase or lease and no subletting is allowed during this period
