Visa

There are diplomatic, official, visitor, business, student and work visas.

There are no diplomatic relations between China and saint Lucia. Chinese citizens visiting saint Lucia can directly submit visa applications to saint Lucia's overseas missions or immigration offices.St Lucia will not accept port of entry visa applications from Chinese citizens.Only a copy of your passport and relevant documents are required to apply for a visa. No original passport is required.The duration of the trial is generally three weeks, with the number of visa entries and duration of stay depending on the purpose of the visit.

Holders of hksar passports may enter st Lucia visa-free.

Immigration officers issue Numbers of entries and duration of stay upon entry.If necessary, you can apply for extension at the immigration office.Overdue stay will be dealt with according to law.

Residence naturalization

Applicants with the following basic requirements can apply directly to the saint Lucia immigration office:

1. Marriage to a citizen of st. Lucia;

2. Have lived in st. Lucia for at least 7 years;

3.Parents are saint Lucian citizens;

4. Children of saint Lucian citizens under the age of 21 after divorce;

5.Children adopted by citizens of st. Lucia.

The customs and epidemic prevention

All visitors are required to declare their belongings, but no amount of cash is required.200 cigarettes or 50 cigars or 2 kg of tobacco, 1.14 litres of wine and gifts not exceeding $270 east Caribbean dollars are allowed duty-free for immigrants aged 18 or above.

Drugs, guns, counterfeit currency and pornographic pictures are strictly prohibited.Rare or endangered animals and plants are not allowed to leave the country.

Those who violate the above provisions will be punished by paying back taxes, paying fines, confiscating goods, etc., and will be punished in accordance with the law.
