Procedure of Saint Lucia
Process
1, sign an entrustment agreement and pay the first phase of consultant fees, launch the immigration plan;
2, prepare for any application documents, translation, notarization, complete the application form, physical examination and HIV test, and then immediately send to government (Citizenship Investment Unit, CIU);
3, conduct due diligence background checks (generally takes about 45-60 days, if there is any modification, subject to government official announcement);
4, pass the background checks and verify the application file is correct, the government (CIU) will issue approval documents, confirmed that the application has been approved, pay the rest of the consultant fees;
5, within about a month, passport and permanent citizenship certificate will be issued; and
6, end of the process! The company continues to provide professional follow-up services.
Application Methods of Saint Lucia
Citizenship by Investment Program, either
1, Donate at least US$ 100,000 to the National Economic Fund (NEF); or
2, Invest in an approved real estate project for at least US$ 300,000;
3, Invest in an approved enterprise project, the following minimum investment is required:
Option 1 – A sole applicant - A minimum investment of US$ 3,500,000
Option 2 – More than one applicant (joint venture) - A minimum investment of US$ 6,000,000 with each applicant contributing no less than US$ 1,000,000;
4, Purchase Government Bonds - Citizenship by investment may be made through the purchase of non-interest-bearing Government bonds. These bonds must be registered and remain in the name of the applicant for a five (5) year holding period from the date of first issue and not attract a rate of interest.
Once an application for citizenship by means of an investment in government bonds has been approved, the following minimum investment is required:
Applicant applying alone: US$500,000
Applicant applying with spouse: US$535,000
Applicant applying with spouse and up to two (2) other qualifying dependants: US$550,000
Each additional qualifying dependant: US$25,000
