1. Enhancing the protection of the human rights of migrants and ensuring the right to family reunification

In order to protect the right of family reunification of marriage immigrants and the best interests of children, foreign spouses who are widowed and have not remarried, or have been legally resident foreign spouses who have custody of their minor children in my country or meet and communicate with each other, enter the country with a stay visa Afterwards, you can apply for a residence permit.

In addition, considering the current regulations, a divorce can only be granted and the custody of the minor biological children can be obtained in order to continue to reside.
