Gu Jun met with Consul General Spasov of the Bulgarian Consulate General in Shanghai

On the morning of January 12, Gu Jun, Director of the Municipal Commission of Commerce, met with Consul General Vladislav Spasov and Commercial Consul Ivet Nikolova of the Bulgarian Consulate General in Shanghai.

Gu Jun welcomed the arrival of Spasov and his party, and briefly introduced the development of Shanghai's economic, social and business fields. He said that the friendship between Shanghai and Bulgaria has a long history, and the two sides have good trade and investment exchanges in the fields of food and agricultural products. The Municipal Commission of Commerce and the Consulate General have maintained active and pragmatic cooperation. In the future, they will continue to expand bilateral trade and investment opportunities, strengthen docking exchanges, and provide support and assistance for Bulgarian companies to participate in the CIIE, helping Bulgarian companies in China and Shanghai Invest in business.

Spasov thanked Shanghai for its long-term concern and support for Bulgarian enterprises in Shanghai. He said that the economic and trade cooperation between Shanghai and Bulgaria has a solid foundation. It is hoped that the two parties can provide more support and convenience for the exchanges between enterprises, especially small and micro enterprises, in the future.
