Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao residents settle in Taiwan

The government issues alien resident permit (arc) to aliens residing in the country for a long time or to spouses of non-national origin who have obtained national identity CARDS.
After get the residence permit, shall conform to the period (refers to one year in a row, or residence full 2 years and lived more than 270 days a year, or residence for 5 years and lived more than 183 days per year), after gaining DingJuZheng to registry office set up household register and get the national id card.
