Taiwan's medical school has gathered a group of people who are considered to be the smartest in their heads, because only the top 3,000 students in the college entrance examination can enter the medical department.
They must receive 7 years of medical education training, including 4 years of basic medical courses, 2 years of specialized medical courses, and 1 year of interns education training, all in English.
After three more years of professional training, you must pass specialist training, formal exams, complete your research, and publish a dissertation to become a qualified attending physician.
On average, it takes 12 to 13 years for a medical student to become an attending physician. Strict and long medical education has created a high-level doctor team in Taiwan.
