Moral education

Taiwan's simple folk customs and good moral customs should be attributed to its traditional education.

Primary and secondary education in Taiwan attaches great importance to self-cultivation. Elementary schools focus on strengthening education for elementary school students in social etiquette, daily life, filial piety, respect for friends, good friends, fun with others, and patriotism.

The middle school focused on strengthening the education of middle school students in cultivating their own goodness, standing in the world, mutual assistance and cooperation, benefiting others, national consciousness, democracy and legal system, and national dignity.

High school is the focus of education in areas such as literacy, intellectual ability and values, sound character, promoting good culture, cultivating the spirit of the legal system, and building a happy society. It can be said that "ceremony and honesty, gentleness, respect and frugality" have become a subtle thing in the lives of Taiwanese.

Looking back, while we in Hong Kong are still discussing Caring Seat, the Taiwanese have given us a good example!
