 There is a large gap in property prices in different cities in Taiwan. The most expensive are concentrated in Taipei and New Taipei City, and they are also the most densely populated cities.

In the middle, south and east, property prices are often 1/2 or 1/3 of Shuangbei City (Taipei + Xinbei). The prices are relatively attractive.
