Quinta da Regaleira

     Located in the Portuguese town of Sintra, the estate includes the romantic Quinta da Regaleira, the alleys and a luxurious park with lakes, caves, wells and benches, fountains and many fine buildings. Also known as “Millionaire Montero's palace,” the building takes its name from the nickname given to its first owner. The most famous and attractive attraction of Regalella Manor is a 27-meter-deep dry well. The exit at the end of the cave is just in the middle of the well.
