Nessebar

Nessebar is located on the Nessebar peninsula on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria, only 20 kilometers from the city of Burgas in the south. The ancient city has a history of more than 3,000 years. It has gone through many periods such as ancient Greece and ancient Rome, and has become a witness to the early history of Bulgaria. The ancient city is still famous for its churches. There are about 40 churches in total. It is a veritable pearl of the Black Sea in Bulgaria.
