Proposal for selection of School in Hong Kong：

    Most of the schools in Hong Kong are using English as the language of teaching, and most of them basically have written assessment and interview for admission. Although students from Mainland China will be enrolled, most of these students will be difficult in learning at the beginning because their English and Cantonese levels are not sufficient. In addition, Hong Kong schools are strictly known, and many mainland students choose to drop out or transfer because they are not suited. Therefore, it is advisable to enroll in Mainland students in Hong Kong schools. It is recommended to take English courses at home as soon as possible and to obtain internationally recognized English proficiency tests such as TOEFL and IELTS. Excellent English skills can greatly enhance enrollment and attendance.

               Students who are interested in coming to Hong Kong should choose the right school according to their own interests, abilities (subject and family economic conditions). As a result of the admission system, it is recommended that Mainland students should enroll in direct-subsidy, private or international schools, and the difficulty of enrollment is relatively less. No matter what kind of school, reputation, apply for late enrollment is difficult as these schools are also the goal of local students in Hong Kong, unless the applicant in Mainland China is very good, then the school may consider.

2. Application for joining a class in the middle of the course without delay

            One of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (equivalent to the domestic college entrance examination) subject "Liberal Studies" is closely linked with Hong Kong's social life, such as political environment, aging problem and so on. If mainland students are too late to apply for admission to Hong Kong schools, they are lack of understanding of the social life in Hong Kong.
